Goals To Be The Best Version Of Me In 2015

Hey there!

I know I might be going a little overboard with the goal and resolution type posts, but I really wanted to expand on my staying happy and healthy in 2015 post by putting together a list of things that I wanted to work on in 2015 in a format that I could actually check off once they were completed. I thought it was important to get all my goals written down so I had something to work toward during the year, since it’s always easy to loose site of things as time passes. I also wanted to have something and look back on at the end of 2015 to see how far I’ve come! So here’s my list of goals for this year!

A Look Back At 2014

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I wasn’t originally planning on doing a year in review recap since I didn’t start A Couple of Dashes until August, but after reading a few by other bloggers (Lake Shore Runner, Meals and Miles and Run Eat Repeat), I decided I would be sad if I didn’t have one to look back at next year. My year was filled with some crazy highs and lows. I lost some old friends and made some new ones, let go of some dreams that could never fully make it to fruition, but also saw some dreams I never could have imagined before come true. 5 Ways I’m Planning to Stay Happy and Healthy in 2015

Staying happy and healthy in the New Year is about more than just food and exercise to me. I’m planning to take more of a holistic approach to staying healthy in 2015 than I have done in previous years. Lately I have learned that being healthy is about more than just how many calories you eat and how many sweat sessions you can pack into your week. Being healthy is also about feeding your soul, so to speak. It’s about doing things that make you a happy and more aware person.
