Goals To Be The Best Version Of Me In 2015

Hey there!

I know I might be going a little overboard with the goal and resolution type posts, but I really wanted to expand on my staying happy and healthy in 2015 post by putting together a list of things that I wanted to work on in 2015 in a format that I could actually check off once they were completed. I thought it was important to get all my goals written down so I had something to work toward during the year, since it’s always easy to loose site of things as time passes. I also wanted to have something and look back on at the end of 2015 to see how far I’ve come! So here’s my list of goals for this year!

A Look Back At 2014

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I wasn’t originally planning on doing a year in review recap since I didn’t start A Couple of Dashes until August, but after reading a few by other bloggers (Lake Shore Runner, Meals and Miles and Run Eat Repeat), I decided I would be sad if I didn’t have one to look back at next year. My year was filled with some crazy highs and lows. I lost some old friends and made some new ones, let go of some dreams that could never fully make it to fruition, but also saw some dreams I never could have imagined before come true. So here’s a look back at all the shenanigans I got into in 2014! Let’s get to it!
