A few days ago, I celebrated my 31st birthday! I know, I’m old! haha! I started doing a little reflecting on some of the life lessons I’ve learned in my 31 years of life and thought it might be fun to share some of the things I’ve learned along the way to celebrate. Enjoy!

No matter how much you say you hate dancing, put on your party pants and go out dancing with your friends every once in a blue moon. If you have the right group of friends, it can be a blast. Just remember to wear comfy shoes!

Don’t ever switch your eye makeup remover. (This one is more a reminder specifically to me because every single time I do this, I end up with an allergic reaction at my eye doctors office!)

Remember that life can get busy. Schedule reminders for important days in your friends and families lives (tests, trips, presentations, etc) in your calendar so you always remember to check in with them to wish them luck and  see how everything went.

Never delete Uber from your phone. You never know when this will come in handy… (Like the time when you were deathly ill and your boss wouldn’t let you take the day off and you were so exhausted by the end of the day that you ended up on the wrong bus and didn’t know how to get home.)
