Beats Half Marathon Training – Week 4

Hello my lovelies!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and that you were able to log some outside miles! I had a pretty abnormal week of training this week. I was hosting some fitness classes for a board I’m on at work so I spent my cross training days working out in a new-to-me gym, trying out some dance fitness classes and meeting up with a local running group. Beats Half Marathon Training – Week 3

Hey there!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and took your shoes out for a run or two this weekend. It was insanely hot by Seattle standards last weekend, so my 5 mile long run at noon on Saturday turned out to be a bit more challenging than I had hoped it would be. Now since I’m still rehabbing from an injury that I’m definitely ready to be done dealing with, I know I won’t be crushing any crazy times with this half. This training cycle is more about actually getting back to doing what I love and just finishing the race.
