Even though fall is in the air and the temperature is starting to drop, that doesn’t mean we have to give in to the season and move all of our workouts inside until spring comes around again. Even though I live in the rainy city, when we’re not drowning from the torrential downpours we’ve been having lately, it’s actually the perfect temperature outside to get a sweat on!
