After doing my Drink More Water Challenge for awhile, I started to get a little tired of
drinking attempting to drink a gallon of plain old water everyday. Lately I’ve been searching for the perfect way to add a little flavor to my water to make it more interesting to drink, without adding a ton of extra calories or sugar to my diet. I tried fruit infused water for awhile and though it’s delicious, I’d rather eat my fruit, than just let it sit in my water for flavor. I also went through a phase where I was obsessed with liquid water enhancers, but then I started to feel a little bloated and gross from drinking them so much, so I kicked those to the curb too.
