How are you guys doing? I wanted to do something a little different this Wednesday in the hopes of keeping things fresh and exciting on here! Every Tuesday, Jessica at The Fit Switch and Jill at Jill Conyers host a link-up with an optional fitness related topic for the #fitfam to post on that day to inspire and support each other (yes, I know I’m a day late in posting this, but better late than never, right?!!?). I love reading their posts each week and they have welcomed me with open arms to the #fitfam, but have yet to post on one of the topics myself because I didn’t think I had enough to say.
