I want to talk to you a little bit about my normal daily routine during the week. I know some people are morning people and love to get up early to start their day with a quiet breakfast and a cup of coffee, however, I am not one of those people. I wait until the absolute last minute to get out of bed and am almost always running late which means I don’t have time to sit down for a relaxing breakfast before taking on the day.
Today I wanted to share with you some of my easy go to meal ideas for breakfast and dinner. This breakfast idea is something I’ve just started making over the last couple of months, but I’ve been making different versions of this dinner recipe for years now. Both are really easy to make, tasty and healthy! That’s a win in my book! 🙂
Oh man has this been a week. Phew. I’m exhausted just thinking about it. I thought Friday would never come! What about you guys?

This morning I was fully expecting to be running a little late for work because I decided I absolutely could not sit at work for another second with our stinky fridge and I NEEDED to stop at the grocery store to get some baking soda to try to remedy the problem. We’ve cleaned it out completely and it still smells so horrible that the sticky smell made it’s way out into the hallway yesterday. EEEEEKKKK! We had to spray the office with Lysol spray and turn all our fans on overnight to try to clear out the smell! Horrible, I know! I’m hoping this will make it better!
