I’m going to let you in on my dirty little secret here. Are you ready? Moderation. I love love love junk food. Froyo is practically it’s own food group in my diet during the warmer months of the year. Now I’m not saying that’s something that I’m proud of, but it is what it is. If I want something, I’m most likely going to eat it. Now that doesn’t mean I’m going to smash my face into a big bowl of froyo and go to town or that I’m going to make a pit stop at Menchies EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. the thought of froyo crosses my mind either. I have had a couple of friends and coworkers complain of Plantar Fasciitis issues lately, so I thought this was something worth addressing. I’ve definitely had my bouts with PF over the years, so I know first hand how frustrating it can be. It is one of the most annoying and persistent injuries a runner can have because there isn’t a magic cure or pill you can take to treat it.
