I know what you’re probably thinking… “ANOTHER holiday gift guide?” Well bare with me here. I know there are a lot of these floating around, but I wanted to put together a list of inexpensive gifts that could be used as stocking stuffers or small gifts to give to a friend this holiday season. I either 1) already own the items on this list or 2) have them on my wish list, so these are all products that come personally recommended by me. No companies have paid to be a part of this guide, though I have worked with some of these companies previously in order to bring you fun giveaways of products that I know and love. So you can feel comfortable knowing these are all awesome tried and true gifts you can give with confidence to the fitness junkie in your life! Enjoy!
1. Running Chick Cell Phone Case
I’m beyond obsessed with this cute little running chick cell phone case! Isn’t it adorable? If the running chick design isn’t quite what you are looking for, they have a ton of other super cute options to choose from. They even make them for a variety of different models of iPhones and Android phones so there’s something for everyone!
Where to buy: Gone For A Run
2. Non-Slip Headbands
It’s no secret that I am obsessed with headbands. So this is something I would be very excited to receive as a gift on Christmas morning, even though I may or may not have purchased 3 new ones for myself already on Cyber Monday. Whoops! Anywhoo… I will guarantee the female fitness lover in your life is on the lookout for a super cute headband that won’t slip or slide around during their workout, if they already haven’t discovered these. They will thank you for this. I promise.
3. Running/Lifting Gloves
These are the perfect gift because most fitness enthusiasts will always wish they had running or lifting gloves at one point, but if they’re anything like me, they most likely won’t break down and buy them on their own because they don’t think they “need” them bad enough. Running gloves are a game changer on cold runs and lifting gloves are a game changer, in my case, when it comes to pull ups.
4. Nuun Electrolyte Enhanced Drink Tabs
I put these little tabs to the test when I was feeling a sluggish and dizzy during a four 5k’s in a day race challenge and they did not let me down. I was very impressed with how quickly they turned my race around and would recommend using them during long runs. I also like to use the All Day formula during the day or days leading up to a big run so I’m fully hydrated!
5. Shoe Charms
Even if running half marathons isn’t her thing, there’s a motivational shoe charm she will love for sure. They are fun to look at, a conversation starter and help give you a little extra push when you need it the most. Some other sayings include: Beast Mode, Run Happy, Commit To Be Fit and Make It Happen.

6. Energy Gel
Think of this as candy for runners. Do a little snooping to find out the energy gel/chew of choice is for the runner in your life and pick up a few of these to toss in their stocking. The Clif Energy Gel Shot in vanilla is my current favorite because it tastes like a cupcake but there are tons of brands, flavors and formulas to choose from!
Where to buy: Road Runner Sports
7. Detox Water Bottle
I picked up one of these detox water bottles awhile back and have been loving it ever since. They come in different colors with different motivational sayings on the front so you can make your pick a little more personally geared toward who you’re buying it for. This has been a huge life saver for me for keeping my water intake up during the cold winter months.
Where to buy: Blogilates
8. Grippy Socks
If your fitness loving friend is into Yoga or Pilates, these adorable little grippy socks would be a great gift for them. They help keep you from sliding around in the toughest of poses and also make for a more sanitary environment by keeping feet covered. They come in half toe versions (shown above), full toe versions that cover your whole foot and even knee high versions. There are even a ton of cute colors and seasonal patterns to choose from.
9. Gift Cards
Any fitness junkie would love a giftcard to try out a new fitness class or two. With ClassPass, your loved one would have the ability to choose a class they want to attend in your area but other nationally branded studios like Flywheel and SoulCycle sell single session gift cards that are perfect to give as gifts. A gift card for a massage or a mani/pedi would also be a great gift since we tend to be sore after our sweat sessions and need some pampering!
Questions of the Day:
What fitness gifts are on your list this year?
Which gift from the list would you most enjoy?
Even though this post contains some affiliate links, all of these products are truly things that I think would make great gifts. Companies cannot buy their way into this post, so this was truly put together by me to feature products that I love and would recommend.
